Back on Track.
Morning Weight: 123.8
I haven’t tracked my food these last couple days… I just haven’t been feeling up to it. [still dealing with medical issues]
My food intake hasn’t been very healthy and I’ve definitely blown my daily and weekly points out of the water.
Oh well.
Tomorrow I will weigh-in to see where I’m at. I will also be back to tracking.

Doctor Appointment Yesterday (Warning - Women...

Yesterday I went to the gyno because I’ve been bleeding for over 9 weeks (actually more like 11 weeks). First they thought it was due to the cyst and endometriosis, then It was the first surgery where I had the laparoscopy (and other procedures), and finally they said it was the LEEP procedure that I had 5 weeks ago.
They weren’t concerned initially.

I’m dealing with way too many medical issues right now to concentrate on really making intuitive eating work.
I have to say… I do feel like I was doing well and I know it’s something that I will succeed at in the future… just not now.

Today I Transition to Intuitive Eating.
I’ve been following Weight Watcher’s for 16 months now and have lost nearly 30 lbs. I’ve learned a lot about portion control, eating the foods I love in moderation, and making sure I get in healthy fresh food every day.
I love Weight Watchers but I’m ready to take the next step…
