I weighed in at 125 lbs at Weight Watcher’s today. By the time I got there I was exhausted (I’ve been so tired lately) so I didn’t even bother to take off my shoes, light linen jacket, and scarf. I probably would have weighed in around 123 lbs like I thought.
Weight Watcher’s Lifetime (Maintenance)
A little hiccup around the holidays.. back on track. 129.6 lbs
Weight Watchers Lifetime (Maintenance).
Weight: 129 lbs.
Second month of Weight Watchers Lifetime (Maintenance).
Weight: 128.8lbs
First monthly weigh-in since hitting Weight Watchers Lifetime (last month).
Maintaining well - 129.2 lbs.
I would still like to lose another 6-12 lbs (117-123 lbs). I just need to workout a little more and stick closer to 26 pp per day.
Completed my first week of Weight Watcher’s Lifetime.
129.2 lbs (down 4 oz from last week)
Week 6 of maintenance - I hit Weight Watchers Lifetime!
*I found out at the WW meeting tonight that I skipped a week right after I hit goal so instead of it being week 5 (like I thought)… it was actually week 6.
Weight: 129.6 lbs.
Total Lost: 18.4 lbs.
Sooooooo happy!
I forgot to post this last Wednesday.
Week 4 of Maintenance, 2 weigh-ins to go before I hit WW Lifetime.
Still maintaining - 129.6 lbs.
Week 3 of Maintenance, 3 weigh-ins to go before I hit WW Lifetime.
On WW e-tools I’m thinking about changing it back to weight loss mode (going from 32 pp to 26 pp per day). I really want to lose these last 6-7 lbs to hit my ultimate goal.
Week 2 of Maintenance, 4 weeks to go before I hit WW Lifetime.
My weight is down a little from last week and I’m within “two pounds” of my goal weight (128 lbs).
I’ve been averaging 30 WW PP per day (32 to maintain, 26 to lose). I’m thinking about returning to 26 WW PP per day to lose another 5 lbs.
It’s not about how much I weigh anymore… It’s about how I want my body to look.
I still have a long way to go.
Up a little.
Nothing to worry about. It’ll take a while to figure out how many ww points I can eat on a daily and weekly basis without gaining.
Look what I got last week!
My journey losing 20 lbs in 5 months.
Back on track! Had a rough couple of weeks but the scale is finally going down and I’ve found my motivation again. 2.8 lbs to go!
I knew my weight was going to be up this week (time of the month) so I’m not surprised to see that number. I’m sure next week it’ll be down a few pounds… I better be. lol. Overall, I ate well last week and didn’t dip into my weeklies but I also didn’t have time to exercise due to my crazy school schedule. But things are changing because today is my last class and final before I graduate on Saturday. Whoo hoo!
