Sure thing!

Chocolate chia seed oatmeal w/ berries, chocolate chips, & coconut.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal (not quick oats)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other favorite milk or water)
  • 1/4 cup water (for chia seeds)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Sweetener of choice - I love NuNaturals Liquid Stevia - I use about 20 drops because I like my oatmeal sweeet!
  • Couple dashes salt
  • 7 gram shredded coconut
  • 7 grams mini dark chocolate chips
  • Handful of wild blueberries (I used frozen)
  • Handful of raspberries (I used frozen)
  • Handful of strawberries


Directions:

In a pot on the stove, add oatmeal, almond milk, water, salt, chia seeds. On High heat bring to simmer and turn down to medium-low. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until chia seeds have plumped and oatmeal has thicken to desired consistency. Add cocoa powder and stevia (or other sweetener) stirring well to make sure it’s really incorporated in. Put oatmeal in bowl and top w/ berries, chocolate, and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
