I just realized that Primal Blueprint and Wheat Belly both talk about reducing inflammation …. maybe I’ll reread both of those after I get done w/ the Endometriosis book.

Very Late Lunch/ Snack Plate. Baby red apple. Babybel cheese. Salami. Honey Ham. Water. 5 pp.
Breakfast. Two eggs over medium w/ cholula. Plain Greek yogurt w/ fresh strawberries + a tsp of honey. Peach ginger green tea. 7 pp.
Wow, I can’t believe how many of you responded about my primal blueprint post! Just so you all know.. I’m not sure that I want to commit to the lifestyle, at least right now. I do, however, want to focus on eating whole foods. More protein, veggies, fruits, dairy, eggs, nuts, and fats.
Currently reading this book.
I’ve done low carb diets in the past (and have been successful losing a lot of weight.. more on that another time) but this way of eating and lifestyle makes a lot of sense to me.
Protein, Veggies, Fat… with a little Fruit, Dairy, and Nuts.
Thoughts/Advice?
