Even though I hit Weight Watcher’s lifetime at 128 lbs, I’m ready to lose more weight. I’ve officially changed my goal to 117 lbs.

Even though I hit Weight Watcher’s lifetime at 128 lbs, I’m ready to lose more weight. I’ve officially changed my goal to 117 lbs.
Ready Set Go!
First monthly weigh-in since hitting Weight Watchers Lifetime (last month).
Maintaining well - 129.2 lbs.
I would still like to lose another 6-12 lbs (117-123 lbs). I just need to workout a little more and stick closer to 26 pp per day.
After going back and forth with the idea, I finally set my WW tracker back to 26 points plus per day.
Here I come 123-117 lbs….
Completed my first week of Weight Watcher’s Lifetime.
129.2 lbs (down 4 oz from last week)

Week 6 of maintenance - I hit Weight Watchers Lifetime!
*I found out at the WW meeting tonight that I skipped a week right after I hit goal so instead of it being week 5 (like I thought)… it was actually week 6.
Weight: 129.6 lbs.
Total Lost: 18.4 lbs.
Sooooooo happy!
Week 3 of Maintenance, 3 weigh-ins to go before I hit WW Lifetime.
On WW e-tools I’m thinking about changing it back to weight loss mode (going from 32 pp to 26 pp per day). I really want to lose these last 6-7 lbs to hit my ultimate goal.
Week 2 of Maintenance, 4 weeks to go before I hit WW Lifetime.
My weight is down a little from last week and I’m within “two pounds” of my goal weight (128 lbs).
I’ve been averaging 30 WW PP per day (32 to maintain, 26 to lose). I’m thinking about returning to 26 WW PP per day to lose another 5 lbs.
It’s not about how much I weigh anymore… It’s about how I want my body to look.
I still have a long way to go.
Breakfast. Oats w/ banana, peanut butter, + ground cinnamon. Egg w/ cholula. Fresh Strawberries. Green Tea in my “Life is Good” mug. 5 pp.
Up a little.
Nothing to worry about. It’ll take a while to figure out how many ww points I can eat on a daily and weekly basis without gaining.
Currently reading this book.
I’ve done low carb diets in the past (and have been successful losing a lot of weight.. more on that another time) but this way of eating and lifestyle makes a lot of sense to me.
