Today I Transition to Intuitive Eating.

I’ve been following Weight Watcher’s for 16 months now and have lost nearly 30 lbs. I’ve learned a lot about portion control, eating the foods I love in moderation, and making sure I get in healthy fresh food every day.

I love Weight Watchers but I’m ready to take the next step…

Here’s my simple plan:

  • Follow intuitive eating but continue to write down everything I eat on my blog. Maybe I’ll post pictures too!
  • Continue to do daily weigh-in’s for at least a month - then weekly weigh-in’s once I have my eating under control.
  • If, at any point, my eating gets out of control for a period of more than a few days… I will return to counting points.

I’m ready to do this!
